This includes working with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, designing and implementing electrical solutions, and ensuring that the systems meet safety and performance standards. EnviroSpark HQ is currently located in Atlanta, GA, but our projects span nationwide. This position must be open to traveling to job sites across the nation.Essential Skills and Experience2+ years of electrical work experienceHands-on experience in electrical and troubleshooting experience, or related field service experienceSelf-starter attitudeAdaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategyProven working experience in service operationsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsDetail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner)Intermediate level computer skillsGood driving record demonstrating the ability to safely operate a motor vehicleAble to travel to different cities and/or states due to projects assigned.Position ResponsibilitiesService is the core of the company, and it is being supported with software, project management, and equipment integrations that make the service division even more valuable to the growth strategyKey aspects of the work include diagnosing and repairing trouble with charging infrastructure in addition to handling regularly scheduled maintenanceRepair, maintain, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using skills and tools that range from computer diagnostics to basic electrical toolsMaintain detailed and timely documentation for repairs and installationsCoordinate with third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all services and projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budgetEnsure resource availability and allocation to satisfy the service requirements of our clientsManage a detailed service plan to monitor and track progressMeasure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to company management as neededRepresent the company at client locations with the highest standards of professional conductPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedInclusion Statement: Diversity drives innovation; inclusion drives success.
