We are looking to hire a skilled Patient Services Representative to work in our Fremont office. You would be working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and responsible for providing positive patient interactions while scheduling appointments, following up on telephone messages, assisting patients with the check-in/check-out process in addition to other front desk functions to support quality patient care.

Hours:

Monday- 8-5, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday 8-4, Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-5

What You'll Do:

• Work directly with patients- No Weekends
• Schedule and Reschedule Patient Appointments
• Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff
• Assist patients with the check-in/check-out process
• Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Must have a High School Diploma
• Current Basic Life Support Certification or willing to get it within one year of hire
• Previous experience working in a healthcare facility preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to critically think and problem solve
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate
