We are looking for a Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinical team and help provide a positive experience for our patients. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, a good communicator, and works well with others. Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment.
• Help prepare patients and treatment areas.
• Assist with exercises and other treatment activities as directed by the therapist.
• Monitor and communicate patient progress to the clinical team.
• Educate patients on healthy habits and home activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
• Work as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in a physical therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused.
• Dependable and organized.
• Ability to work well with physical therapists and other team members.
• Willingness to learn and follow clinical instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
