Job Description

PRI Productions is looking for a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Operations Coordinator to directly support the Vice President of Business Strategy & Logistics across executive coordination, hospitality initiatives, brand development, civic engagement efforts, and special projects.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and can seamlessly move between executive coordination, marketing support, hospitality-driven experiences, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate is equal parts organized, creative, detail-oriented, hospitality-minded, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

This is a highly hands-on role that touches many aspects of PRI Productions. One day you may be coordinating meetings, proposals, and social media efforts from the office, while another day you could be assisting with warehouse projects, helping prep inventory, or supporting large-scale event setups in the field.

Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced event environments and understand that nights and weekends will occasionally be required based on event schedules and operational needs.

Compensation

Hourly position ranging from $20$25 per hour based on experience

Overtime opportunities available based on event schedules and operational needs

Estimated annual compensation of approximately $52,000+ depending on overtime and workload.
