Notary Signing Agent Opportunity in Mckinney, TX

Certified Mobile Notary Service is growing its nationwide network and needs reliable mobile and remote notaries to handle real estate loan closings in Mckinney and nearby Collin County. This is a U.S. only opportunity.

Notary signing agents are the final step in a real estate closing. In this contract role you will travel to borrowers in and around Mckinney, TX, or meet them online, to complete refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and seller package signings. Accuracy, professionalism, and on time document return are the keys to success.

Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Mckinney and surrounding areas. Verify the identity of signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required. Walk borrowers through their loan package and make sure every signature, date, and initial is completed. Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log. Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline. Ensure compliance with Texas and federal notary laws and regulations. Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents. Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.

Must be a U.S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence. Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology. Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.

High speed internet connection, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, a printer, a mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a home office set up.

$75 - $200 per loan signing appointment.

Flexible contract work. Remote and mobile assignments in Mckinney, Texas and the surrounding area, U.S. only.
