As a Security Officer Patrol in Three Rivers, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.07 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial work areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and vendors according to site procedures, and maintaining required entry and exit records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed. Report hazards, damaged property, unauthorized persons, and other security-related concerns according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
