Job Description
The Unarmed Security Guard plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of industrial sites. This position involves vigilant patrolling, controlling access points, and ensuring the perimeter is secure, with minimal interaction with the public. The role requires working shifts, including nights and weekends, and a basic familiarity with security technology is expected to effectively monitor and report incidents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of industrial site premises
- Manage access control to secure areas
- Report incidents promptly and accurately
- Provide courteous customer service as needed
- Maintain perimeter security and monitor visitor screening
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in security guard services
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Proficient in conflict resolution and report writing
- Excellent customer service and time management abilities
