Job Type: Full Time Pay: $18-22/hr Responsibilities Exterior Car Care: Washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing vehicles to remove dirt, scratches, and imperfections. Interior Deep Cleaning: Vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and meticulously wiping down dashboards, windows, and consoles. Inventory Prep: Preparing newly arrived new/used inventory for the lot and thoroughly detailing vehicles sold to customers for their final delivery. Quality Inspection: Examining vehicles closely after cleaning to ensure they meet strict dealership cosmetic standards. Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle turnarounds efficiently. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with good driving record 21+ years old Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and people skills Punctual and reliable Positive attitude & team player Professional demeanor and work ethic Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods in various weather conditions Previous detailing or car wash experience is a plus Benefits Competitive Compensation Health & Dental Insurance — 50% company paid, no deductible option available (only 5% of employers in the US offer a no deductible plan!)
