Performance Improvement Specialist

Prime Healthcare

Monroe Hospital is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to support organization-wide performance improvement activities, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards. You will assist in chart reviews, CMS Core Measures data abstraction, and staff education on core measures and updates. You will work with leadership to develop quality initiatives, analyze metrics, and improve cost and care delivery. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential for success in this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
