We are a growing local team seeking a skilled, reliable  HVAC Technician with at least 3 years of experience to service our residential and commercial clients in  Waseca, MN, and the surrounding local areas .

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Lead commercial installations , including upcoming large-scale hotel projects.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure client systems run optimally.
• Interact with customers professionally, explaining technical issues and recommending solutions.
• Adhere to all safety codes and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service or installation required.
• Certification: Valid EPA Universal Certification.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
• Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, read schematics, and work independently.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders.
