We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Brand Manager .

About This Role

We’re looking for a strategic and culturally fluent Senior Brand Manager to lead day-to-day brand stewardship for a high-profile tech account across social, content, and integrated production. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative execution, and client partnership—ensuring work is insight-driven, culturally relevant, and aligned to business objectives.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape brand narratives, guide campaign development, and oversee execution across platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how modern brands operate in social-first ecosystems and can translate strategy into impactful work.

Location: East Coast

Travel: 1–3x per month

What You’ll Do

Brand & Strategic Management

• Support and evolve the brand voice, positioning, and messaging across social and digital channels
• Translate business goals into actionable content and campaign strategies
• Contribute to the development of integrated campaigns, social franchises, and always-on content
• Stay attuned to cultural trends, audience behaviors, and the evolving tech landscape

Creative & Executional Leadership

• Partner with Creative and Production teams to bring ideas to life from concept through delivery
• Ensure work is platform-native, on-brand, and culturally relevant
• Provide thoughtful feedback to elevate creative quality and effectiveness
• Balance long-term brand building with fast-moving, real-time social content

Client Management

• Act as a key day-to-day contact for client stakeholders
• Support presentations, status meetings, and key deliverables with confidence and clarity
• Help manage feedback loops and keep projects aligned to strategic objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with strategy, social, influencer, and production teams to deliver cohesive output
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong brand discipline across teams
• Help maintain workflows that enable both speed and creative excellence

Performance & Optimization

• Partner with analytics teams to track performance and optimize content strategies
• Apply insights and testing to continuously refine messaging and execution

What You Bring

• 5-8+ years of experience in brand management, strategy, or account leadership (agency or in-house)
• Strong knowledge of social-first content and platform behaviors (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Proven ability to support and execute integrated campaigns
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, production-driven environments
• A balance of strategic thinking and executional excellence

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting product marketing or launches in the retail space
• Exposure to influencer or creator-led campaigns
• Familiarity with emerging platforms, AI-driven content, or new media formats

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $100,000.00–$140,000.00 in addition to our standard employee benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching, Flexible PTO, and various other benefits and perks) Consistent with applicable law, compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location. We reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time.
