Becker & Frondorf is Hiring a Construction Cost Estimator!Becker & Frondorf offers Independent Cost Estimating for creative and diverse project types, ranging from the restoration of the Statue of Liberty to new laboratories at the University of Pennsylvania, and revitalization of civic spaces such as Dilworth Plaza. We have completed over 5,500 construction cost estimates, building relationships with the design teams and Owners we work with, while providing a tool for Owners and design teams to make informed decisions.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a conceptual construction cost estimator to join our estimating department. The candidate will be responsible for creating cost estimates from sketches, drawings, narratives, and other related material.Requirements2-4 years of architectural and/or building system experience.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited US institution in construction, engineering, or a related field.Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software.Excellent oral and written communication skills.QualificationsPositive attitude, customer oriented, strong work ethic, enthusiastic personality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to complete scheduled tasks on time and in a high-quality manner with attention to detail.Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.Please send your resume with "Cost Estimator" noted in the subject field to: View email address on click.appcast.io.
