Descripcin Del Trabajo
Abacus Staffing est buscando actualmente trabajadores de lnea de almacn motivados y confiables para apoyar las operaciones de produccin y empaque en una planta de fabricacin de alimentos en Norcross, GA. Esta posicin requiere trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rpido para asegurar que los productos estn empacados, inspeccionados y preparados para el envo mientras se mantienen altos estndares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia.
Responsabilidades
- Operar y supervisar las posiciones asignadas en la lnea de produccin del almacn
- Empacar tortillas y otros productos alimenticios segn los estndares de calidad de la empresa
- Inspeccionar los productos en busca de defectos, daos o errores de empaque
- Cargar, apilar y paletizar los productos terminados para su distribucin
- Mantener un rea de trabajo limpia y organizada cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad alimentaria
- Seguir todas las polticas de seguridad de la empresa y las regulaciones de OSHA
- Ayudar con los cambios de lnea y la configuracin bsica del equipo segn se indique
- Informar rpidamente a los supervisores sobre fallas de equipo o problemas de calidad
- Trabajar en colaboracin con los miembros del equipo para cumplir con los objetivos diarios de produccin
Calificaciones
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de produccin de ritmo rpido
- Gran atencin al detalle y compromiso con la calidad
- Capacidad para estar de pie durante perodos prolongados y realizar tareas fsicas
- Asistencia y puntualidad confiables
- Experiencia previa en almacn o produccin preferida pero no obligatoria
