Key Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist at Dental Care Seattle, you will: Deliver high-quality restorative, aesthetic, and comprehensive dental care. Build trust and long-term relationships with patients through thoughtful diagnosis and treatment planning. Collaborate with an experienced clinical team, including a strong hygiene team, to provide exceptional care. Take ownership of patient care and contribute to the practice’s professional and supportive culture. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and actively pursue continuing education. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you’ll need: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Washington State dental license (or ability to obtain). At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. Confidence in diagnosing and planning comprehensive care. A commitment to delivering high-quality dentistry and building long-term patient relationships. Motivation to pursue advanced continuing education (Kois Center training or similar programs is a plus).
