About the Team
As a Director, Product Manager focusing on Emerging Payment Products, you'll be joining a passionate team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to redefine money movement payment capabilities. You will help drive Product Strategy for our payments agenda. You will think strategically to build out fast and emerging payment strategies, coupled with payment modernization for real time payments.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience

At least two years experience working in payments and money movement with Product Buildout

At least two years experience in People Management

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

3+ years experience working in payments and money movement with Product Buildout

3+ years experience in People Management

Experience working for a FinTech or large Tech Corporation

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 for Director, Product Management
New York, NY: $251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management
Philadelphia, PA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management
Wilmington, DE: $209,500 - $239,100 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
