As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Newtown Square, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional in a healthcare location, where you will help coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, manage access-related information, and support on-site teams with professionalism and care. In this role, you will use technology, communication, and customer service skills to help support daily operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, prioritize incidents, and relay information to security-related personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate the response of on-site personnel to routine issues, urgent situations, and critical incidents, helping to support timely communication between departments and/or first responders.
• Document incidents, service requests, and daily activity in dispatch logs and reports, maintaining accurate records of security-related communications and actions taken.
• Assist with access-related issues, visitor concerns, and other location needs by providing directions, answering questions, and escalating matters according to site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
