Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Opportunity

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with an independent home health agency serving South County: Shell Beach, Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, and Nipomo. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they are recovering from an injury or managing chronic conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist License required to start, or willingness to obtain a California license (organization is willing to wait for the right candidate).
• Home health experience preferred. New graduates will be considered.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Position Details:

• Home Health Physical Therapy need in South County
• Paid per visit model + hourly with clinician autonomy. Four-day workweek may be available for full-time clinicians.
