Unit Information: Location: Centerpoint Medical Center Building: Inpatient Rehab Floor: 4 Facility Department Number: 76626 Discipline: Occupational Therapy Quantity: 3 Target Start Date: ASAP Shift: 8-430- Call Requirements: NA Weekends: 1 weekend every 6 weeks, flex off weekdays if working weekends

General Information:

• Number of Beds: 285 bed Level 2 Trauma Center, 16 bed Inpatient rehab unit
• Number of Staff: 14 Type of staff: o Day Shift 11 acute care OT, 4 Rehab OT o Night Shift - NA
• Patient Ratios: Acute 12:1, rehab 4-5:1
• Type of equipment: All normal rehab supplies

Typical hiring profile:

• Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Licensed occupational therapist Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Acute care/ rehab experience
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Evaluations and treatments ADLs. mobility
• List any machines and/or equipment used on the unit: Rehab gym equipment
