We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper to join our dynamic team and ensure our products are delivered accurately and on time. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for a raise 3 times in your first year at your 3-month, 6-month, and annual anniversary, then yearly thereafter.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, pack, and process shipments according to company and customer requirements.
• Verify outgoing shipments by comparing items to orders and ensuring accuracy in labeling and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and update shipping logs as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load and unload shipments (certification preferred).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy product (up to 60lbs)
• Basic math skills required
• Experience using shipping software and inventory management systems is a must
• Fork-Lift driving experience is a plus, however we will train the right candidate
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
