Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule: 3x12 Night shifts (19:00 - 07:00)

Assignment Details: Patient Ratios: 1:6. Float required to units of equal acuity. Number of rooms/beds: 36.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Experience with charting in Epic

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients on telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret patient data
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
