Required Skills/Exp:
Install, configure and deploy Windows 10 professional desktop and laptop PCs.
Install and troubleshoot software and PC peripherals such as webcams, printers, scanners, etc.
Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2016 and newer versions; MS 365 a plus Experience with Microsoft SCCM to image PCs and deploy software Familiarity with Active Directory and ability to update account settings and add users to groups.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Good organizational skills, planning & record keeping and Microsoft Excel experience.
Analyze and resolve hardware, software and application problems for networked and stand-alone computer systems and networked resources Second Level Help Desk experience
Valid California Driver's License is required
