What's your day like?

As a Full-Time Production Forklift Operator at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine! You'll be responsible for strategically placing full products, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to guarantee freshness. Unloading empty can bodies and expertly moving them to the production area will be your daily adventure, as you wrap loads according to established procedures.

Mastering the art of precision, you'll ensure the correct empty cans are placed on the de-pal and that the right wraps are applied on case packers. Completing essential paperwork accurately-the cleaning checklist, line checklist, pre-operating forklift checklist, and documentation for drivers-is crucial. You'll strap, stack, and load dunnage while placing pallets of lid sleeves for the filler, and keep the shrink wrapper machine running smoothly by changing rolls as needed.

Requirements for this Production Forklift Operator- First Shift job

To excel as a Full-Time Production Forklift Operator at Viking Coca-Cola, you'll need a solid set of skills and qualifications that will set you up for success! Proficiency in operating all warehouse equipment, along with the ability to line machines, is essential. Basic math skills will help you in various tasks, ensuring accuracy in your work. Strong communication skills are a must, facilitating seamless collaboration with your energetic and customer-focused teammates. To operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks, you must be at least 18 years old.
