Store Manager in Training

Waterway Carwash

Northbrook, IL

As a Store Manager in Training at Waterway Carwash, you’ll learn to lead daily operations for a fast-paced, full-service car wash, gas, and convenience store. Through hands-on training, you’ll master scheduling, staff supervision, and cash handling while ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment. You’ll support hiring, training, and coaching team members, monitor quality standards, and help drive sales and membership programs. This role prepares you to step into a full Store Manager position with clear advancement, performance-based incentives, and leadership growth.
