Work within an anticipated 70% clinical and 30% research structure, with flexibility for candidates who bring significant external funding or an established translational research program

Opportunities for support from the Rogel Comprehensive Cancer Center and access to clinical and research support services, including a robust biostatistical, tissue and molecular pathology core.
Maintain approximately four half-day outpatient clinic sessions per week, with the potential for a reduced clinical commitment depending on funding, research focus, and program needs.
Participate in approximately six weeks of inpatient service annually, with outpatient schedules adjusted during service assignments
Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and medical oncology fellows in a learner-focused academic environment
Contribute to the continued growth of the sarcoma program, with potential leadership opportunities based on experience, interests, and evolving program needs Ideal Candidate
Board certification or board eligibility in medical oncology and the ability to obtain a Michigan medical license
Specialized training or meaningful clinical experience in sarcoma oncology, preferably within an academic medical center
