You just found it.The Warehouse Operations Stager I Associate plays a key role in supporting daily materials management activities to ensure efficient production flow and accurate inventory control. This position is responsible for handling, staging, and documenting materials in accordance with established procedures, quality requirements, and regulatory standards—particularly those related to medical device manufacturing. The Stager I Associate works closely with manufacturing teams, staging personnel, and warehouse staff to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while ensuring materials are consistently available to meet production demands.Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:Ensures Chest Drains and accessories are boxed, labeled and correctly grouped on pallets.Complete medical device history records and ensure proper retention and storage of case labels.Assist with basic material handling such as moving product with a manual/electric pallet jack.Keep staging floors and immediate work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.Maintain cleanliness of assigned warehouse shelf areas.Notify leads or Stager II team member when entranceways or aisles need to be cleared.Support simple documentation tasks such as attaching labels or verifying counts.Perform routine tasks assigned to support staging and warehouse flow.Other duties as required.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills both oral and written (English)Basic computer skillsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong commitment to workplace safety with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Proficient in operating pallet jacks, and other material?handling equipment.Experience using scanning devices and/or computerized inventory management systems.Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs as part of daily job duties.The pay for this position is $20.50 per hour + EIP.About us:With a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
