Located in northwestern Wisconsin on Lake Minnesuing, our 35-room facility offers large meeting spaces, delectable menu offerings and year-round outdoor and indoor activities. Job Summary We are currently seeking part-time Servers to join our exceptional team for morning, afternoon and evening shifts. This department works with our culinary team to ensure the meal and snack serves are ready and executed according to guest expectations. Key Responsibilities Ensure social hours, meals and buffets are ready at the guest expected time Delivery of plated meal or buffet trays, restock as appropriate Maintain beverage service at meals, snack times and at on-going beverage stations Clear tables, buffets and keep server kitchen area organized Provide excellent customer service in response to guest request, needs and expectations Decorate dining hall and buffet areas according to guest expectations or holiday Stock beverage cooler as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous serving or hospitality experience desired Strong customer service orientation with outstanding communication and active listening skills Problem-solving and multitasking skills necessary Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends as needed Strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of integrity with a positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
