DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Job Opportunity: Dishwasher

Join Eurest for full time dishwasher positions. We are looking for individuals who can maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes and washing them by hand or placing them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Washing pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
• Polishing silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
• Ensuring compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintaining temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeping dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Removing trash and placing it in designated containers. Steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans.
• Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Helping load and unload supplies and product.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
