In-Home CaregiverGenerations Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers throughout Collin and Denton County to deliver personalized, attentive care to our clients within the comfort of their own homes. This remote opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, providing both support and companionship.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, ensuring their comfort and dignity.Prepare and assist with meals, including feeding when necessary, to promote proper nutrition.Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment.Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating and meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.Monitor clients’ health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.Support clients with medication reminders and ensure adherence, following established guidelines.Run errands and provide transportation to medical appointments as needed.RequirementsPrevious experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required; we welcome compassionate individuals ready to learn.Demonstrated patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.Basic understanding of health and safety standards relevant to home care environments.A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation may be necessary depending on client's location.Willingness to pass background checks and complete all required training and orientation.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $15.50 to $17.00/hr for 2-4 hour shifts and $22.00/visit for 1 hour shifts, with semi-monthly compensation.Access to same-day pay through Tap Check.Comprehensive health care coverage available for full-time employees.Additional benefits include Colonial Life coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off (PTO).Paid orientation and ongoing training to support your professional development.Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.Referral program rewarding team-building efforts.Flexible remote work environment that supports work-life balance.Opportunities for career growth within a supportive and dedicated management team.About the CompanyGenerations Home Care is committed to improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals needing assistance with daily activities.
