Job Summary:
This Telemetry Medical Surgical Float Nurse position is located in Centennial, Colorado. The role involves providing patient care across multiple units within a zone that includes several hospitals around Denver City Center. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment. The schedule is night shifts, and flexibility to float within the designated zone is essential.

Job Details:

• Location: Centennial, CO
• Specialty: Telemetry Medical Surgical Float
• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift; 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
• Schedule: Nights; minimum of 36 hours per week; schedule released 4-6 weeks in advance; may be asked to float into any other acuity level, including ICU, PCU, or Stepdown
• Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; Certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale); at least 2 years of experience in telemetry medical-surgical nursing; experience in neuro preferred
• Additional Information: May be asked to participate in holiday rotation; candidates must be located at least 60 miles from each referenced facility; float rotation within Zone 3, which covers several hospitals around Denver; no home base facility required; units include general medical-surgical and specialized areas such as cardiac, neuro, oncology, renal, and others
