Marketing Intelligence Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the marketing department supporting strategic initiatives, the ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Location: Atlanta, GA Pay Range: $97,000- $100,000 What's the Job? Design, develop, and maintain marketing dashboards using Power BI to deliver real-time insights on campaigns, audiences, content, and communication channels. Analyze historical and current marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and key drivers affecting campaign performance and audience engagement. Create predictive models to forecast campaign outcomes, optimize channel mix, timing, and budget allocation, supporting data-driven marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data engineering teams to integrate diverse data sources, ensuring a comprehensive view of marketing performance and customer behavior. Translate complex datasets and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leadership to inform messaging, spend, and campaign design. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. At least 2 years of experience supporting marketing teams with business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis. Proficiency in Power BI, including report building, data modeling, and DAX. Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and transformation. Experience working with marketing data sources such as campaign, channel, audience, or engagement data. What's in it for me?
