Human Resources Generalist

Base Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits We're hiring an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing aerospace manufacturing organization . This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while supporting employees across recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Support recruiting and onboarding activities Manage employee relations and HR operations Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Maintain HRIS and employee records Coordinate performance management and training initiatives Support benefits administration and HR programs Qualifications 5+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Experience with HRIS and talent management systems Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint PHR certification is a plus Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 U.S.C. § 6010 #J-18808-Ljbffr
