About the Role:

As an RD Registered Dietician at DMRC, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for our residents. Your expertise will help us achieve our mission of providing the highest level of care and comfort to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of residents' nutritional needs

• Developing and implementing individualized nutrition plans

• Providing counseling and education to residents and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition management

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of nutrition care and interventions

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to optimize nutrition care

RD Registered Dietician Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
