What You’ll Be Doing Greet guests, start conversations, and create memorable interactions that exceed expectations. Mix cocktails to recipe standards, prep garnishes, stock the bar, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Suggest drinks based on guest preferences and upsell specialty beverages. Open and manage tabs, process payments, record transactions, and balance cash receipts. Verify guests’ ages, enforce alcohol consumption policies, and maintain a safe bar environment. Assist team members during busy periods, support other departments as needed, and follow all 6PM Hospitality and Hilton standards. Who You Are High school diploma required; bartending school graduate with at least one year of bartending experience. Excellent communication skills, social perceptiveness, and a talent for creating positive guest experiences. TIPS, ServSafe, and CPR certified (or willing to obtain); committed to enforcing alcohol and safety policies. Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting over 30 pounds, and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passionate about mixology, flavor pairings, and providing consistent, high-quality drinks and service.
