On-Call Caregiver (Last-Minute Shifts) $23$25/hr + Bonuses

This is the perfect opportunity for caregivers who want to work on their own schedule while maximizing their income.
Responsibilities:
As an On-Call Caregiver, you will provide essential, non-medical care on short notice, including:
- Companionship and social engagement
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with daily routines and safety
- Building strong relationships with clients and families
- Stepping in to cover urgent, last-minute care needs
What We Offer:
- $23-$25/hour for ALL on-call / last-minute shifts
- $20 bonus for every on-call case you complete (paid monthly)
- Bi-Weekly direct deposit

On-Call Role Expectations:
- This role is part of our On-Call Priority Team, supporting urgent client needs
- When marked as available/on-call, caregivers are expected to respond quickly and accept last-minute shifts
- You are only paid for the hours you work and the shifts you choose to accept no obligation outside your availability
- Reliability and responsiveness are key to success in this role
