We're looking for experienced Flux Core Welders and Fitters to join a growing team in Fulton, MS . If you have strong fabrication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Perform FCAW (Flux Core), MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on structural steel, pipe, and metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
- Fit, align, and assemble components prior to welding.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters, press brakes, and other shop machinery.
- Measure and inspect materials using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Assist with rigging and safely move materials using cranes and forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Flux Core Welder, Structural Fitter, or similar position required.
- Strong FCAW welding skills; experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with structural steel, pipe fitting, or ductwork is a plus.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment.
