Senior Sales Representative

Responsibilities Drive new business development through networking and client meetings Own and grow a portfolio of clients focused on contract and temporary staffing opportunities Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to client acquisition and account expansion Develop and execute strategic territory plans to increase market share and revenue Maintain consistent activity standards, pipeline management, and CRM discipline Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure strong candidate delivery and fill rates Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers Maintain a strong market presence through meetings, networking, and business development activity Qualifications 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or professional services sales Proven track record of success in a revenue-generating, performance-driven environment Strong ability to generate new business and manage client relationships Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven culture Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of contract/temporary staffing models strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Strong earning potential with clear growth opportunities Established recruiting support to help maximize placements #J-18808-Ljbffr Roessel Joy
