Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator GlobalSource IT is looking to engage a Canvas LMS Administrator to manage and support our Canvas Learning Management System. This role focuses on day‑to‑day LMS administration, system integrations, and technical support, while partnering closely with faculty, academic teams, IT, and vendors to deliver a reliable and effective online learning experience. As the Canvas operations lead, you’ll own course setup, configuration, updates, testing, and troubleshooting. You’ll also manage integrations with systems such as SIS, SSO, and third‑party LTI tools, document processes, and help train users on best practices. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Canvas LMS Configure and support SIS, SSO, and LTI integrations Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions Test updates and new features prior to release Maintain documentation and support faculty and staff Required Skills Hands‑on experience administering Canvas or another LMS Experience with system integrations and authentication Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic scripting, APIs, and reporting tools Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams 横会社 Higher education experience, Canvas certification, and instructional technology background are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr GlobalSource IT
