Back End Developer

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the Back End Developer will design and implement RESTful APIs, manage server-side development using Python and SQL, and ensure system performance and scalability. Key responsibilities Design and implement RESTful APIs and server-side applications using Python and FastAPI Manage databases, including relational and non-relational systems, and utilize ORM frameworks Conduct unit, regression, and integration testing while employing CI/CD practices for deployment Required qualifications Proficiency in Python, SQL, and FastAPI Experience with RESTful API design and implementation, as well as Pub/Sub messaging patterns Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, along with automated testing frameworks Experience in distributed systems and performance optimization techniques
