POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, a leading consumer electronics and home appliance company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support product development, market positioning, and successful product launches.

This role combines product marketing, market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy to help bring innovative kitchen appliances and household products to market.

The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with experience turning consumer insights into effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Partner with R&D and Product teams to incorporate customer insights and market trends into product development.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify product opportunities.
• Develop and present new product concepts supported by consumer feedback and market data.
• Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies , marketing campaigns, and product launch plans.
• Manage multichannel marketing initiatives, including content creation and social media.
• Support upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign strategy and promotional materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 4+ years of marketing experience , preferably in product marketing, product development, or brand strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and executing go-to-market strategies .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $65,000-$80,000 annual salary , based on experience.
• Discretionary annual bonus based on tenure, performance, and company profitability.
