Work across two trauma centers (Level III & Level IV)
Only 120 hrs/month (1440 hrs/year) Achieve work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

W2 Employed
Base Salary: $390K
Earning Potential: $460K $550K+
Signing Bonus: $60K
Resident Stipend: $24K
Student Loan Forgiveness: $100K over 5 years
Up to $300K in incentives (4-tiered bonus structure)
CME: $5K + 6 Weeks PTO
