InspireSemi in Austin is seeking a Director of Hardware Engineering to lead the silicon development lifecycle from architecture and RTL design through physical implementation, DFT, and post-silicon bring-up. You will own the hardware roadmap, influence process-node decisions, and mentor a high-performance team.

The role requires 8+ years in semiconductor engineering with 6+ in leadership, expertise at 5nm or below, and a bachelor’s or master’s in EE/CE.
