Front Desk Receptionist (Battle Creek) Battle Creek, MI, US $15.00 To $18.00 Hourly The Role : Dental Dreams LLC in Battle Creek, MI, is hiring Front Desk Receptionists to join our talented and dedicated team. This position will be focused on scheduling appointments, assisting with operational goals, and providing excellent service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. Bilingual - Spanish speaking proficiency is a huge plus! Benefits: Competitive compensation Benefits package includes: Medical & Vision Insurance FREE dental treatment at our locations PTO 401K Life Insurance, Pet Insurance and more Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication Schedule patient appointments per month and daily patient goals Answer phones and confirm appointments Greet and check-in patients Accurately verify dental benefits Maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environmentCollect payments, co-payments, and deductibles Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary Maintain a clean and professional office environment Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans Qualifications: Customer Service experience At least 1 year of experience in current or most recent job Bilingual - Spanish (preferred) Dentrix and/or Eaglesoft (preferred) We are also interested in training those seeking to become Dental Assistants and/or Office Managers.
