Dental Hygienist – Rochester HillsRochester Hills Family Dental Group and Family Smiles Dental Care | Rochester Hills, MIWe are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our teams at Rochester Hills Family Dental Group and Family Smiles Dental Care!Both practices are growing, and we are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, building strong relationships with patients, and helping them achieve and maintain optimal oral health.Rochester Hills Family Dental Group: 2606 S Adams Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48309Family Smiles Dental Care: 2064 W Auburn Road Rochester Hills, MI 48309What You'll DoProvide preventive dental care, periodontal therapy, and routine cleaningsPerform comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal screeningsTake dental X-rays as neededEducate and motivate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and healthy lifestyle habitsClearly communicate periodontal findings and treatment recommendations to patientsCollaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to provide seamless patient carePresent clinical findings to the doctor and assist with developing appropriate treatment plansMaintain accurate and thorough patient recordsFollow infection control, safety, and clinical standardsHelp build and maintain a productive hygiene schedule while providing thorough, high-quality careWhat We're Looking ForActive Michigan Dental Hygiene licenseLocal Anesthetic and Nitrous Oxide certificationStrong periodontal assessment and diagnostic skillsConfident clinical skills and sound judgmentExcellent communication and patient education skillsAbility to maximize appointment time while maintaining a high standard of careProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedPassion for providing compassionate, patient-centered careScheduleMonday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Family Smiles)Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Family Smiles)Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rochester Hills Family Dental Group)Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rochester Hills Family Dental Group)Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Family Smiles)May–August: 1 Saturday per month, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMWhy Join Us?With both practices continuing to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to join established teams with busy and expanding hygiene schedules.
