Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy and ventilator management.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on respiratory health and management techniques.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to safety protocols and institutional policies at all times.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in acute or outpatient respiratory care settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong understanding of mechanical ventilation and airway management.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certification.
