To enhance online presence and maintain an active brand image, the full-time CX Social Community Engagement Specialist will interact with audiences across various social media platforms, monitor engagement metrics, and develop strategies to foster community engagement in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze emerging trends and audience conversations across multiple social media platforms Govern adherence to brand guidelines and analyze engagement data to inform response strategies Ensure brand voice consistency across all community interactions and develop tone-of-voice guides Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong background in customer experience or marketplace support Expertise in content creation and audience engagement strategies Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Sprout Social and Facebook Insights Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on brand voice alignment
