We are currently looking for a Client Service Representative to join our Fuel Tax team in Madison, WI. Job Duties: Work with clients to obtain required data and documents Provide account information as requested Proactively reach out to clients for needed information and/or paperwork Analyze, validate, compile, and file customer tax reports Process and contact new clients to review and set-up their specific account/services Work with customers to establish and maintain relationship Gather web access level information and documents from the customer Data entry and validation Provide accurate and timely information regarding our service, products and processes. Recognize and correct inconsistencies in data and documents. Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred) Excellent attention to detail This is an hourly position with starting pay ranging between $17 - $19.
