It's a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a physical, fast-moving environment and takes real pride in running a tight operation. You'll lead a team of warehouse team members, own the condition and readiness of our rental inventory, and make sure every truck leaves on time and every item comes back accounted for. When event season hits full stride, you're the reason things don't fall apart.This role sits at the intersection of people leadership, logistics, and operational execution. If you're energized by solving problems on the fly, building strong teams, and seeing the direct result of your work — this is the job.Direct the daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound equipment flow, staging, and yard organization.Lead, schedule, and develop a team of warehouse team members, setting expectations, coaching performance, and building accountability into the culture.Ensure all rental inventory is inspected, cleaned, repaired, and event-ready at all times.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficiently run warehouse environment that meets company standards.Oversee crew scheduling and timekeeping to match operational demands, including peak event periods.Collaborate with operations and logistics leadership to align warehouse output with delivery schedules and event timelines.Monitor inventory levels and equipment condition; escalate maintenance needs and flag discrepancies early.Enforce safety protocols and company policies, and model the behavior you expect from your team.Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes and workflows.Handle team performance matters directly, including coaching conversations, corrective action, and recognition.Proven experience leading warehouse, logistics, or operations teams in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership instincts: you know how to motivate people, develop talent, and hold a team accountable.A track record of managing competing priorities, shifting schedules, and meeting tight deadlines without losing your footing.Clear, confident communication and the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.Comfortable with basic computer tools including Outlook and Excel.An organized, detail-oriented mindset with a solutions-first approach.Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak event periods; this business doesn't slow down, and neither do you.A valid driver's license with a clean record that meets company standards.Physical ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred; it's a meaningful advantage in this market.Competitive pay + monthly bonus opportunityPaid time off and company holidaysComprehensive benefits package including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-Paid Basic Life and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityTelehealth and Wellness programsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Employee Assistance Program401(k) with employer matchingA team that has your back: We work across sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations to make every event successful.
