Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, with a focus on routine care for intermediate-acuity patients
• Float between two campus locations as needed, with a designated primary campus
• Monitor and assess patient status, implement care plans, and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain compliance with facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
• Complete all required learning modules prior to the start of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days — no adverse actions or hits on license
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Must not be an Arizona resident — Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments at Arizona facilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facilities, shifts, and departments is advantageous for placement
• Experience working in a multi-campus or float environment
