General Production – $17.50–$19.60/hr | All Shifts | No Experience Needed!

We’re hiring motivated individuals for multiple roles in a clean, fast‑paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Whether you’re looking to operate machinery, inspect products, or support general production tasks, we have opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts .

About the Roles

We have several entry‑level positions available, including:

Machine Operator

Help run production equipment, monitor machines, and ensure efficient, safe operation.

Quality Control

Inspect parts or products, check for defects, and help maintain consistent quality.

General Labor / Production Worker

Assist with material handling, assembly, packing, and overall production support.

Typical Responsibilities

• Operate or monitor basic machinery
• Inspect materials or products for quality
• Perform simple assembly or production tasks
• Load, unload, or move materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and team instructions
• Support production goals with minimal supervision

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift – 7AM-3:30PM
• 2nd Shift – 3:30PM-12AM
• 3rd Shift – 9PM-8AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
