Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks seeks Licensed Clinicians in Berkeley, CA to provide a blend of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. Qualifications LPCC or LMFT or LCSW Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) Clinicians must be licensed in California and reside in the state where they practice. Compensation Up to $68,100 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week. Participate in a collaborative team environment. Serve as a behavioral health generalist, open to seeing couples and/or children. Show potential for leadership/supervisory roles. Complete clinical notes within 24 hours. Maintain integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care. Engage in professional development with team.
